What are your prices?

The hireables are priced per product, please advise us of the items your interested in so we can send you an itemised quote. Styling and decorating is quoted per set-up as each venue, space, fixings and idea is unique. If you’d like a quote, please send us as many details as possible about the venue and ideas you have and we’d be happy to send you a styling or decorations quote upon request. We have some inspiration guides with guide pricing, however we do not currently offer packages, as every wedding is so different, each client wants to create their own bespoke special day.

Are your prices per day?

The hire prices are for typically for the event duration from set-up to take-down, typically a 3-day period. In this time, all items are under the care of the hirer, therefore any damages/missing items will fall to the responsibility of the person who books with The Beautiful Day.

Do you deliver the items?

Yes we deliver and collect the items. Bookings may be subject to a delivery/collection charge.

Do you set up the items?

Hire only items, will be left in a pile for you to set up. Select items are set up for you such as; garden games, garden furniture, bars etc. Please let us know if you’d like us to include set up of hire items on your quote.

When do you deliver and collect the items?

We like to drop off the items as early as possible to you. Typically we deliver Thursday/Friday and collect on Monday for a Saturday wedding. Some venues require a mid-weekend take-down due to other bookings, therefore please advise me of any date/time restrictions on your enquiry. Please allow maximum flexibility for delivery and collection due to other bookings. We’d ideally meet someone on site to sign off on the delivery/set up.


How do I book?

Once you’ve decided what you’d like to hire and have accepted your quote, The Beautiful Day requires for a 25% non- refundable deposit, with the final amount due 6 weeks before the wedding/event.

Do you take a damage deposit?

Yes, your order may be subject to a damage deposit, refundable on all hire items returned in the same condition you received them in. Typical damage deposits are 50% under £150 and £80 over £150. Please allow up to 10 days for this to be returned. Click here to read the terms and conditions.

I can’t find what I’m looking for - do you offer a bespoke service?

Yes, we offer a bespoke service. If there’s an image you’ve found on Pinterest, or an idea you’ve had but don’t know how to execute it let us know and we can help recreate the idea for you.

I’m not sure what I’m looking for, I just like the rustic theme.
